              Event Description:

              POSTPONED - TO BE RESCHEDULED

              Come out to Silver Sneakers at Yogi Fit for some active aging if you are a senior!
               
              Active Aging is a program for seniors or those who may have limited abilities.

              Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and an Active Aging ball are offered for resistance.

              Improve your quality of life by joining this class!
